SHIELD‑6G brings together a multidisciplinary consortium of 19 organisations from 10 European countries, combining expertise from academia, research centres, telecommunications operators, technology providers, and innovative SMEs. Coordinated by University College Dublin (UCD), the consortium works collaboratively to advance cybersecurity research and innovation for future 6G networks. By combining complementary knowledge across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, network architecture, and standardisation, SHIELD‑6G creates a strong foundation for developing, validating, and promoting secure, resilient, and trustworthy next-generation communication infrastructures.
